The global facility management market was valued at USD 31.96 billion in 2017 and is expected to reach a market value of USD 64.5 billion by 2023[1]. In order to support this growth, it’s vital that organizations can apply an integrated and consistent approach to facilities management, regardless of the site, location or country.
This new scheme, which is part of BSI’s wider Built Environment offering, is based on the international standard ISO 41001 Facility management. Management systems. Requirements with guidance for use. To achieve certification to the standard, organizations undergo an independent assessment including a rigorous on-site audit covering all the requirements of ISO 41001.
